breeder.
____2. This cat will not be declawed.
____3. This cat will not be allowed outdoor without a harness and supervision
AT ANY TIME.
____4. The breeder reserves the right to make infrequent visits to inssure
the health and safety of the cat.
____5. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT
IN UP TO A $1000.00 FINE AND REPOSESSION OF THE CAT BY THE BREEDER.

To the best of my knowledge the above cat is in good condition
and health, and there are no congenital defects. The purchaser must
take said cat to a licensed veterinarian within one week of purchase
for a general health exam. If this veterinarian finds the above cat
to be in poor health or to have a congenital defect, the purchaser must
bring a signed statement from this veterinarian as to the problem within
48 hours of the visit to receive a full refund. If the purchaser would
rather trade this cat for a cat of equal value present or future, this
will be done instead of a refund. Breeder is not responsible for any
veterinarian bills.
